Bet Suspensions

Bet suspensions can happen from time to time, but they're nothing to worry about. Your bet may be displayed as suspended within your bet slip for the following reasons:

• The betting market or selection is being changed or altered due to situations in the event
• The betting market was removed (for example, +0.5 goals being removed after a goal is scored)
• Errors in information updates - to prevent bets made on known outcomes or inflated prices
• Removal of the in-play betting market for the entire duration of an event

In reference to the first two points, your bets will not be affected by this and will be paid normally. On rare occasions, it's an error in updating information or a removal of in-play betting markets for the entire event. Thus, your bets will remain as placed in most circumstances. In terms of "Cash Out," this will affect availability due to changes in betting markets and selections.
