Why do I need to verify my identity?
Due to Dutch legislation, we need to verify the age of our customers. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).
You’re required to do the following:
1. After registration, we’ll perform a quick verification check. If all is fine, you’ll be verified immediately and taken to the deposit page.
2. If for some reason this isn’t successful, you’ll be given the choice to either deposit with Trustly, or to send an ID via Jumio - both ways will verify your identity.
3. If all details match, your account will be verified. You won’t be able to deposit or play until this step is completed.
Once the process is complete, you’ll be able to withdraw winnings and your account will be fully activated. You may be required to send in further documents in the future, when we do routine checks on accounts.
